Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Germany and selected European countries.

The available delivery countries are displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs

Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 per order.

For orders with a value of €75.00 or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

European Union

For deliveries to European Union member states outside Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €15.99 per order.

For orders with a value of €95.00 or more, delivery to these countries is free of charge.

The applicable shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and before the order is completed.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times are:

Germany: 3 to 5 business days
European Union: 5 to 8 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For payments made in advance, the delivery period begins on the day following the payment instruction. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract.

If a different delivery time is stated for a particular product, the delivery time specified for that product applies.

Shipping and Tracking

Orders are shipped using a shipping service provider selected by us.

Where tracking is available for the respective shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email after dispatch containing the relevant tracking information.
